A. 0866Fax earns revenue through a rebate system from Telkom for calls made to the allocated numbers.This revenue is sufficient for 0866Fax to support this fax reception service at no charge to the end user, yet still delivering a corporate level service. - Q. Can my number receive calls from anywhere ?
A. Yes, the sender will need to dial your number in the international number format. For South-Africa it will be 2786xxxxxxx - Q. If I take a 08660xxxxx number and don't use it will it remain available ?
A. No. We reserve the right to reclaim a number if there has been no usage for 60-days. You will receive a warning email prior to the number being reclaimed. As long as you receive at least one fax every 60-days the number will remain yours. - Q. Do I need to install any special software ?

A. All you need to do is login on your account http://myaccount.faxfx.net with your username and password as per the welcome email. Once logged in on your account, please click on "Account" and then "My Details" and simply edit your username and password and click on the save button.
